This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipping and delivery of Orders placed with Bulkdoor Enterprises (GSTIN: 07ABGFB5704M1ZB) (including its subsidiaries, group companies, and affiliates, as may also be referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "Bulkdoor Enterprises" hereinafter, as the context requires) by the Buyer ("User", "Buyer", "you", "your") through www.bulkdoor.in website and Bulkdoor Enterprises mobile application ("Platform").

Any capitalised terms used herein this Policy and not defined explicitly shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use, as amended from time to time.

We may modify this Policy from time to time, and any such changes will be reflected on the Platform and be effective immediately upon the changes being reflected on the Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Policy and may forthwith refrain from using the Platform. Users agree to be bound by any such changes or modifications and understand and accept the importance of regularly reviewing the Policy as updated on the Platform from time to time.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. All orders placed on our Platform are subject to product availability and verification of the order details.

We partner with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and secure delivery of your orders. The delivery timeline and shipping charges may vary based on your location, order value, and the products ordered.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Delivery: For select locations and products, we may offer express delivery options. Express delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Transportation delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address
  • Public holidays

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of placing your order. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided by you.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will attempt to accommodate address changes if the order has not been dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible once the order has been processed for dispatch.

In case of multiple delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order status through:

  • Tracking link provided in the confirmation email/SMS

The tracking information will be updated at various stages of the delivery process, including dispatch, in-transit, and out for delivery.

6. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage or tampering before accepting it. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.

We recommend that you:

  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain the original packaging until you have confirmed the products are in good condition

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Recipient not available at the delivery address
  • Refusal to accept the delivery
  • Address not found or inaccessible

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will attempt to contact you to resolve the delivery issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the order will be cancelled
  • Refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy
  • Shipping charges may not be refunded in case of incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery

8. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to select areas within India. The list of serviceable areas may be updated from time to time. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code on the Platform.

For areas not currently serviced by us, we may offer alternative delivery options or you may be required to collect your order from a designated pickup point. Such arrangements will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.

9. BULK ORDERS

For bulk orders or orders with special requirements, delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary. We will communicate the specific terms and conditions for such orders at the time of order confirmation.

For bulk orders, we may require additional time for processing and may coordinate directly with you for delivery arrangements.
